WHICH WHEELS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR STAND?
So far the following wheels have been tested and are compatible -

IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE HORI WHEELS WHICH USE SUCTION PADS RATHER THAN A CLAMP
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use Parcelforce 48-Hour for our Wheel Stands and DX Express 3-Day Service for our Rigs. We will always issue tracking numbers to customers. However, please note that during peak season the services offered by Parcelforce and DX can vary beyond our control.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Returns at WSR
At WSR, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We understand that occasionally, returns are necessary. To ensure a smooth process, please review our return policy below.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for eligible items. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted. Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item, you have 14 days to send it back to us.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left our facility. Please ensure they are unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items not meeting these criteria may not qualify for a refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including fees, taxes, and customs charges, unless the product arrived damaged or is deemed faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt for your records. WSR is not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Some items, such as refurbished or clearance stock, may not be eligible for return. Contact our customer service team for clarification before returning if you have concerns.
For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Initiating a Return
To return an item, contact our customer service team via our website's contact form. Provide your order number, product details, and reason(s) for returning. Our customer support team will provide a return address. Failure to do so may significantly delay the refund process.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and verifying returned items, we will process your refund. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and bank. We aim to complete all refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
