Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Once dispatched, shipping times vary depending on the product ordered:
- Wheel Stands: Shipped via Parcelforce 48-Hour Service
- Rigs: Shipped via DX Express 3-Day Service
Delivery & Tracking
We will provide tracking numbers for all orders once they have been dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as peak seasons or courier delays.
Signature Requirement
A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave a collection notice.
Peak Season Delays
During busy periods, such as holidays and sales events, courier services may experience delays. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee shipping times during these peak periods.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and interested in our products, please contact us at sales@wheelstandracing.com for further information.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
